Our website address is https://findingcolors.fancrave.net and the website name is Finding Colors. We are not owned by any large business or corporation, just a single person who enjoys web design and providing designs for others.
To place or request an order, visitors must fill out a form. The form is hosted and made with cognitoforms.com. The form asks for general information including name, email address, social meida links, and website links. Other (non-personal information) is collected as well. This includes website names, links to photos, messages and other content that the user wants in their design.
To contact the admin, the visitor fills out a contact form made with wpforms.com and their WordPress plugin. The user must provide their name an email adress and a message with their questions/concern(s).
We use this information for the following purposes:
- Name: Properly address the visitor or customer
- Email / Social Media Username: Directly contact the visitor or customer on the platform of their choice.
- Website URL & Name: Know where our work is going and display on the designs.
- Other form fields: Gather information to make the design to the customers liking
We do not share, sell, trade, or rent visitors or customers personal information to others. Anything submitted through the forms will only be seen by the admin and dicussed with the visitor or customer.
We may share (ex: post on the site or social media) that we made a design for a certain website. Current orders that we are working on (displaying website name & that was ordered) will be shown on the front/main page of this website. The sole purpose of this is for the customer and admin to keep track of the orders progress.
Whatever information is submitted through the forms will be kept in the respective databases/submissions until the admin as taken care of the request or has followed through with contacting the visitor or customer. Once an order is complete or the person has been contacted, the submission will be deleted – no information will be kept or stored by the admin.
As mentioned above, we do use two type of form providers.
- Cognito Forms (cognitoforms.com)
- WPForms (wpforms.com via WordPress plugin)
We cannot control advertisements or brand(ing) links that may show up on the form(s). In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. Even though the admin deleted submissions, we cannot control what information the third party sites keep or how they use the collected information. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Site, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.
